one thing to also think about is a fuel rail!
also another thing to really help you out is; what is your goal for the car?

Well i guess my end goal is to tune to 350-400 WHP. Other then that i don't really have any other goals for it.

How about these fuel rail?

Your stock fuel rails should be fine but, you will need to upgrade your intercooler. Aftermarket rails would be a nice addition though. If Cobb is going to tune it they should be able to tell you exactly what you need and don't need.

Motor build

COBB Tuning Stainless Steel Turboback Exhaust
DeatschWerks Fuel Injectors Top Feed 850cc
COBB Tuning 3-Port BCS or GrimmSpeed<---Grimmspeed
DeatschWerks DW65c Series Fuel Pump
Killer B Motorsport 4-1 Holy Header<---not needed
Tomei ARMS M7760 Turbo<---TD06 20g would be better and far less expensive
COBB Tuning AccessPORT V3
Exedy Stage 4 Heavy Duty Twin Metallic Disc Clutch Kit<---Waaaay to much. Stage 2 would be fine. You should be able to match the clutch to your power levels
As suggested a larger top mount intercooler and ported exhaust manifolds would be fine. Also consider a better turbo inlet pipe as the stock won't flow good enough to support the power levels you wanting.

Not trying to sound like an ass, but have you ever driven something with that much power before?

I highly suggest avoiding Cobb in Plano like the plague. They are con artists and care nothing for customer service nor do they stand by their work. Find another shop and another tuner.

Also, I hope you have some suspension and braking mods on your car as well for all of that stuff. There is no point in going fast if you can't stop or turn.

You need a better intercooler and an intake. Neither made your list. Also, pick a different fuel pump. The DWs supposedly fail often.

And +1 the clutch being an awful waste of money.

You need a weak link, so a strong clutch will just allow you to skip that part of fail. Therefore allowing your tranny to take the dump...

Way too much money flushed down the toilet.

Also, please do remember that when adding more power, more things will often break.
This will not be a cheap venture ever.

Turmic thanks for the link, I enjoyed reading that.

I understand this won't be a cheap venture, I just want to it correct the first time. These will be parts that i am getting slowly over the next year or so as i save money for each one. The more i read into this the more i am thinking to go ahead and do piston, rings, and rods. I am ordering the exhaust as i post this. Thanks again for any help or input you may have for me.

Why would you order pistons, rods and rings?

If you read toward the end of that link it talks about doing rings and pistons while your at it hen reaching 400+hp. I's rather get everything done at one time to minimize down time. Ive gotten into this knowing its donna cost me a lot so adding 2000$ to the build to make the motor last a little longer sounds good to me.
