You are in Europe so you will have some difference choices available to you. But generally speaking the options people here in the US would be to get to get the corresponding Subaru ECU for the motor (I don't know what model year your motor is from, this is the least expensive option), AEM stand-alone, or a Hydra Nemesis. I can't speak for Motec because I've never seen a Subaru that used their products.
Matt also talked one guy into using the MoTeC on his SAABaru set-up. It worked pretty awesome as well.
This is going to make me look like a dick. But, Justin I'm not trying to be a dick to you. Here is a major shop that uses MoTeC. Vermont SportsCar Specifications
They don't even use the VT9r anymore....btw. They only post specs up after they stop using that set-up. Last time I talked to a Vermont SportsCar mechanic Higgins was using a VT10r set-up and Mirra used a VT9.5r when he was still running Rally America. Granted the Global Rallycross cars are a whole new beast all together. That mechanic said they feel like they're so behind to ford because their rallycross cars are the perfected european rally cross cars. Used and perfected in ERC for years.
PS. Only reason I know this is because I am a Rally nerd.

Its just pricey as hell...but, I hear good things about the MoTeC products.
