On the placement of the O2 sensor, yes, that would be an okay place to have the bung welded. You want it to be in the center of the exhaust flow as best you can.

I had the Cobb catted DP on my car ('10 WRX). Great part, but after protune only made 292WHP/290WTQ. Also have AEM CAI, GSP BCS. Tuner felt the catted pipe and 2.5" taper was restrictive. Swapped out for an Invidia catless. Put down 301WHP/325WTQ with no other mods. Cobb is a great part, high quality no question. My opinion, if you are looking to get the most out of a stage 2 tune, it is not your DP. Good luck with your choice and tune.

Do the exhaust gas come from the drivers side of the turbo and waste gate is passenger correct? Just deciding how I'm gonna put the bung in.

yes, the wastegate is the little flapper in the turbine housing, and just for clarification exhaust gasses go through both passages the wastegate just controls the flow basically

Thanks for the help! I understand exhaust go through both side. Just needed to know so I can try to get o2 as close to majority of gas as possible.
