Calwrx17 even though it won't bolt up, why were you thinking of converting it?

After seeing the pictures my sister takes on Colorado trails in her Jeep, I think I have a clue as to why the OP is asking this question. However, it might be easier to mate a Subaru WRX body with a 1977 K5 Blazer chassis.

Nah, I'm with sleepr. I've seen similar for trailing. That's a good idea.
Besides, jeeps suck

That is a good idea Randy, that sleeper stated. And I do agree, jeeps suck. It's just maybe a lot more work than someone may want to put into a fairly new car, but if you have the time, moneys, ability, and knowledge, then I'd say do it up. Please post pictures of the build along the way, because I definitely want to see this!

my whole reasoning is because i just want to make my wrx different from everyone else's. I've already put a snorkle on mine and i am still wanting to find someone that has a newer forester that is willing to trade their suspension with mine so i can lift it up 3". and i have a CB radio in it as well.

I get ya. Check out subaruforester.org
I'm sure somebody over there would love to trade suspension.
May cost you a case of beer and bloody knuckles though.
