I am seeing guys w TBE, a protune and CAI and a Boost control solenoid in a '11 wrx pushin 300 hp??? They worth the dollar spent or not?

Yes they are good to go with, no they aren't an adjustable device. And when you install one it must be tuned for immediately. With that list of mods, I dunno if those numbers are right, maybe close, I'm sure someone will chime in to verify that. Mine is older and has the 2.0 with a base of 227 HP(at the crank, brand new) the 2.5s has 260ish I believe so they may get close with that list of stuff.

The stock 2 port isn't that bad. You can use yours till like 20psi which you can't get to at stage 2 so save your money. Till you get injectors and an aftermarket intercooler than maybe get one.
