2007 STI parts to 2008 WRX

I have a 2008 WRX 4 door, and have the possibility of buying a pratically complete 2007 STI (wrecked), will any parts of off the STI interchange like turbo, the brembo brakes, transmission, rear diff, etc?

Thanks for the feedback.

The rest is much more involved and I really wouldn't recommend it. It's not cost effective.

Would I buy a wrecked 07 STi for parts for your 08 wrx? Hell no.

The turbo will not work unless you have the TMIC to match it.The 08 WRX TD04 has a compressor housing that matches the VF40 as the engine is based on whats in the Legacy GT's.Uses the same TMIC and airbox, all different than any other year WRX and STI.The compressor outlet actually bolts to the TMIC.

Turbo on the left is a TD04 from an 08 WRX.One on the right is a turbo that would normally fit 02-07WRX's and 04-08 STi's.

correct. neither are the intercooler splitter or bellows as the 08-09's are way different to accomodate the more square intercooler the new ones are using.
