Proud new owner of 04 STI!

I have been wanting a WRX since 2003 when I rode in a 2002 wagon, quite obviously changing my life and view of cars forever. Now that I am done with college and actually have a job I have been saving and looking for the right deal. That deal came along this week when I found a mint 2004 STI with 48k miles unmolested and driven gently. And now... I have to find every excuse to drive somewhere. I am now driving my dream car and am stoked about it! At one point I had a 2003.5 Mazdaspeed protege, then a 1990 240sx fastback, but this car trumps all. I am a happy man !Laugh! Looking forward to chatting with you all and doing some mods (eventually) $$$

I'm right there with you on the black on gold... dead sexy, but keeping it clean is a whole different story  I washed it yesterday, already dusty again... I went out and bought a dust brush "as seen on TV" I guess that's what I get for living in Arizona. I think my favorite thing about the color is the gold flake in the paint... I didn't even know they had gold flake until I saw it in the sun.

Appreciate all the comments guys!

Garage
That's a nice angle for the car. The rear end sitting lower makes the rear wing look much less obnoxious. Makes me kinda miss mine. Course, then you take a shot from lower straight on the rear and I remember why I ditched the stupid vibrating cop magnet.

Black is definetely the hotness, but agreed on the pain to keeping it clean. I haven't washed my car in about a week and it's rained, still looks clean. lol.

Your car is definetely sexy. Kinda makes me miss my 03 MBP bugeye.

rollin on 17's now and they're dirty
