New guy w/ a MKIII

Hey guys, i currently own a 1988 Toyota Supra. Its a great car, but i don't want to deal with all the repairs any more. First, a blown motor, then a blown head gasket(factory torque specs make them easy to blow), and now i have body damage and other misc problems. But yeah, im here to learn about my Future ride that will be mine in a couple months. Thats my intro :]

I don't know about everyone else here, but I had no idea what an MKIII was, so I probably just overlooked this thread. People here tend to gloss over your thread if it doesn't have a catchy title (just take a look at a bunch of threads I started. A lot of them have less than 3 replies ). It really pisses me off sometimes, especially when I really need help. Anyway, welcome! This site isn't as bad as it may seem. If you have questions about stuff, you can always get better responses if you ask via pm. I (and others here) are willing to help. Hope you enjoy your stay here. What suby are you planning to get? I assume wrx, but what kind, year, etc.

Garage
MK3 is a supra term. His 88 supra is a mark III, it's not a WRX term.

welcome to the ONLY WRX forum worth reading

welcome, I am guilty of doing what was said above(glossing over your post due to the lact of knowledge of what the hell and MKIII was). But welcome, and we all hope you join the dark side and get a subie, wrx or sti. If you have the money, get the sti, but do not be hurt when some wrx's outperform it(this is a shout out to all of my small braked pals on here)
but welcome again, and by all means, ask away(I have to get paid to SOMETHING at work)

Matthew
Wow, it can turn well too?
