New to the flat 4

Hi right now I am on more of a fact finding mission. My project will be a VW beetle or dune buggy with a Sube engine in it now which one depends on what I find out...but any info or advice will be appreciated

So do you already have the VW? And has this engin swap been done before? I used to own a 1973 Bug and wanted to put a RX-7 Rotary engine in it, so it in a magazine once fell in love with that idea, but am now an avid, loyal subie lover. Just wondering, sorry I wasnt much help otherwise.

Yes google vw /subaru swap it is awesome and KEP has the adapters exhaust and lil things needed to complete it. The single turbo will even fit with lil firewall manip. twins are a bit more fab on fire wall. The swap even has pics on you-tube on races..it fits in the beetle using stock transaxle (if you are ginger) and the hood closes...only visible sign is louvered hood where rad is...I dont have the bug or engine yet want to possibly put it in a dune buggy but possibly a bug. Going to east coast Bug Out tomorrow to get some leads on chassis and bodies...see if I spy and subie swaps there.
