A greeting and a question

Hey guys,

I just traded in my 03 GTS Eclipse Spyder for a 08 WRS sedan













First of all, pinstripe is coming off Friday if I have time...

Second I have a seemingly dumb question, the center console, being the HVAC knobs and the radio (I've got premium) they light up correct? (I could have sworn the HVAC had red rings)

I just got it back from the dealer (they were putting some stuff in that wasn't in when I bought it) and they aren't coming on...

The radio display comes on and the lights for the recirc and AC come on but no radio buttons or any lights on the dials or the rings...

Am I crazy or are there lights? And if so, should I be looking for a fuse or did they botch a wire somewhere...

In my old car the radio was the radio, lights and all... The fuse went out none of it worked...

I dont know much about the new interior, but I do know that I bought my 06 from a dealer, and they had put a pinstripe on the car like a week or two before I bought the car, and I told them that I wouldnt take the car unless they took the pinstripe off, and swapped my aftermarket head unit with the stock CD player for me. You are buying the car, and you should be pleased. The car industry is so down, that they should be kissing your hairy bean bag to get you to take that car off their lot.

Oh, and congrats on the car!!! It looks great!

I say that you go and ask to see the interior of an identical 08 around sunset and look at the lighting, or if you can tell in the middle of the day, just go check it out.

+1 to what AWD said. Congrats on the car. Your is the first I have seen with the racks on it. Not sure about that yet, but enjoy the car man.

Yeah, I was hoping to save a trip to the dealer...

Figured someone on here had an 08 haha...

The rack come on and off in about 1 minute...

I surf a lot so I'll be putting them on before I go, other than that they'll be sitting in my front closet...

Got the pinstripe off and got the lights working...

No they were great...

It was my first time buying, and I have no complaints...
