exhaust + Chip

Hi everyone

I have just bought a 07 wrx club spec 9.

I just have a few questions that you professionals might be able to help me with

1) how many km's can i do before changing exhaust (run in period)

2) I want to get a turbo back exhaust but have been told this is dangerous for the motor if i dont upgrade or change the ecu?

3) Does cat back exhaust increase power?

4) If i did go TBE any sugestions on what sort to go for?

A tactrix cable is a cable that will allow you to link a laptop to your OBDII port so you can access and manually change settings on your ECU to "Tune" for your modifications.. With your skill level I strongly suggest a different route for tuning, or at least getting ProTuned, which is going to a Reputable (researched) tuner with an AWD dyno so that they can tune your car..

02 WRX.. "It's fun when it runs.. Problem is that it hardly ever does..."

The wrx club spec 9 is a limited edition version that i'm pretty sure was only released in Australia. Only 60 were released in 07. It sits somewhere between the standard wrx and the STI. The feature it has over the standard rex are the following:

18″ Alloy Wheels (4) - Spare space saver
Leather seats
Sunroof
Lowered STI Suspension (15mm lower than the standard WRX)
Front STI Lip spoiler
Short shift gear lever
STI aluminium shift knob

Sorry Metroscub; I cant see your list of tuners
