06 WRX vs 06 GTI

has anyone with a stock wrx race a stock GTI? im curious to know which is faster because the WRX has 230bhp the gti has 200bhp, but the GTI's DSG gearbox is really fast, so what might be the result?

One also would have to take into play Gross Vehicle Weight, Final Drive ratios, Gear Ratios, and not to mention the power band of the TQ curve... There is a LOT more then pure hp numbers. Actually HP does nothing in a drag race, TQ is what gets the vehicle moving.. Remember that..
