for rally you dont really want to lower the car too much. a little is ok but IMO you want clearance. Tein makes some good gravel spec coilovers. spring rates dont need to be as stiff as tarmac but then again im no expert.

02 rex is gone.
I defected to an evo :)
Evo is gone :(
Now I got nothing.

unless you are competing on gravel against skilled drivers (not your average weekend warriors) i wouldn't waste your money. get some nice tires and be done.

+1 with nose nuggets..... A good set of Rally Coilovers will run you some serious cash. One of my guys here just dropped $18K a corner for a good set of rally coilovers.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. what a waste. is this guy a pro rally driver? well probably not, because it would have been the team owner or sponsor who spent the cash. its sad to think that a good driver in a bone stock wrx would beat your friend like a drum around a circuit.

For dirt and gravel all you really need is a good set of dirt tires. Thats all I have for mine and it handles great on dirt.
