How fast will I be in the quarter mile?

I have an 05 WRX. I have put in HKS Uppipe, HKS downpipe, AEM cold air intake, HKS carbon/ti exhaust, Greddy headers, Greddy Profec B boost controller.

I think i am pretty good at launching. I usually launch at 5,000 RPM.

Just wondering what you guys think ill be able to do in the 1/4 mile.

Probably mid-high 13s. What's your boost set at? BTW the CAI doesn't help.

19???

Your ¼ mile time will probably be around 4 minutes or so, because you will blow your engine halfway through.

You are running a cold air intake, which makes your car run very lean. And, running 5½ pounds more boost than stock, will probably put your AFR somewhere in the 22:1 range. Hope you like buying engines!

Somebody quick, help that WRX before it flatlines !Cry! !!! Dude, do us all a favor; turn down the boost, upgrade the fuel and engine management, then talk about what your 1/4 time will be with 19psi

ok ok im sorry. I am not too smart about the boost controller. It is set at 19%, but at 16.5 PSI.

I was at the track and i sucked it up. With all those mods I was only able to get a 14.5. I did have a full tank of regular gas and i didnt take out the spare, I wasnt planning on going to the track but I passed it so I decided to go.
What is a good 60 foot time? Mine were awful, at about 2.2.
What do you think my car would run with better driving and 100-150 less pounds?
I am hoping that as I get better I can get it into the 13.9 range.
Any thoughts?

My05WRX,

A good rule of thumb is a savings of .1 seconds for every 100 lbs you lose. You're still gonna need .5 seconds from somewhere. but I bet with all those mods, tuning would give you a huge boost. I would invest in some engine management for sure.

Good luck!
