I have a 07 wrx tr with hks dp, tsudo catback, injen short ram, hks bov with a tune by getadomtune and i am running 16.5 lbs. I thought that was a good time let me know what u guys think

That's awesome, no other mods? I'm a little jealous.

This makes me excited, Dom is tuning my car on Monday!!!! !Thumbs UpI can't wait!! I'm even excited to drive the 60 miles one way to get to him!:rocks::rocks:

Nice job. I was running 13.7 when I was "Stage 2+." Basically, catless 3" TBE, 2.5" catless uppipe, AEM SRI, 12.9 flywheel, 6-puck spring ceramic clutch, and a horrid tune at 18psi.

New times coming soon. I've got a VF34, STi pink injectors (565cc), lightweight crank pulley, hopefully a Walbro 255 and GM Boost solenoid running 24psi. Need to fix the downpipe though. Wastegate is hitting it.

what do you mean its hitting your DP???

zmanoside 06-01-2008 09:02 PM

Damn I need a tune...I'm running Invidia TBE, SPT intake with Cobb AP v2 otc map and all I could muster up was a 13.7, thats with a 1.7 60' time too...

newtothegame 06-02-2008 12:31 AM

Dang Z, you get a better tune and you should be in the low 13s if not better then, good luck with that.

I mean the wastegate flapper is contacting my DP when it opens. I need to either modify it into a divorced or bellmouth DP. The maximum wastegate duty cycle is 43% at WOT right now, normally our cars run a duty cycle of between 70-80%. Having it that low is the only way I can have stable boost but the downside is that it takes a LONG time to spool up.

Z, the fastest 2.0L "Stage 2" ran 13.2. Not sure what the 2.5L is capable of but you'll need a good pro tune but it's entirely possible to get that out of your mods.

Awesome time. I ran a 13.3 with a vf39 on an ots from XPT. I plan on a Dom tune once I get the wideband in. Those are great numbers for a td04. I too am jealous!

Good run!!!
