i don't think i'd be bringing my 60' down too much, but with a higher octane gas and cooler temperatures i would like to break into the 13s

Why wouldnt you be bringing your 60 down any? Someone was talking about the 1/4 mile and I think shoaf (http://www.wrxtuners.com/forums/show...d=1#post151360, its post #8 i believe) said something like every tenth on your 60 is 2 tenths down the track. Most guys you see getting in the 13's run at the least a 1.9 or lower 60'.
