Went to the track this past weekend to try out my new setup. I am currently running the vf39 setup with the 91 octane OTS map on the cobb accessport v2. I could only get my sixty foot down to a 1.945. I spun quite a bit off the line. I only got three runs, one of those runs being against an 06 sti which i beat with only a 13.8 time. It was around 90 degrees out. This was my best run of the night against a chevy malibu.
Nice run. I want to try and run my at the strip just to see what Im at. But I have never had mine there through my build so I dont have a baseline to go off of.

When i was at stage 2 i only hit like a 14 flat, so definitely improved. Im hoping by next track visit i get my protune and it should be a lot cooler out. Id be really happy with anything in the 12's.
Why not just start your baseline now? lol With 326hp and 319tq you should be like low low 12's, right? Are you still on stock tranny though?
Yeah stock tranny for a about 9 more months. Then Im jumping to an upgraded tranny and stage 1 clutch/flywheel. I dont plan on doing much drag, but would like to see what my setup is capable of, I dont plan on adding too much more power to it. Need to even everything else out yet.

Thanks man. Yeah i have 1-2 straight cut and 3-4 helical ppg gears. If you listen closely once i launch you can kinda hear the whining of the gears. I launched it at around 6k rpm. This was my last run that night and on my previous runs i had launched a little bit lower and it would just bog out.
I love how that other guy made all kinds of racket warming up his tires and you were just sitting there patiently waiting at the line... then wap, wap, wap, wap, wap, and you're gone. Did you beat him?
