13.2 @ 104

Took the 2010 to the track today and all in all i was pretty disappointed. I was hoping for 12.8ish and the best i could do was 13.2 @ 104.

Details:
Approx 96* outside - ~ 118* track conditions
Firebird Raceway - Eagle ID - Approx 2600 ft.

2010 WRX
AEM intake
Invidia DP
XPT stage 2
93 octane
stock EVERYTHING else!

60 - 2.022
330 - 5.589
1/8 - 8.567
MPH - 83.26
1000 - 11.104
1/4 - 13.26
MPH - 104.48

To my credit this is my first time ever launching an AWD and I gotta say, it friggin TOUGH!

Thoughts...?

Keep practicing. You get the 60' down and you will be much happier.

Too hot and, drop the 60' times.

Wait for fall to come, practice a safe launch, and you'll be in the 12's. Plus being 2,600' doesn't help either. Better than the 4,200' I'm at though.

ya your 60 foots should be 1.7-1.8 if your just an ok driver. but i dont care what you have done to the car, your not breaking 13's with temps like that!! to compair i ran 13.3 bone stock at 100mph, 11.1 also at 1000ft with a 1.87 60 foot bone stock in november. temp makes a world of difference along with DA (density altitude). plug all the numbers in and i came up with 12.84 at 107.76.

Yeah, about the same times I ran on the same track. It's a hard track to put down anything good until October. LOL
