02 stage 2 wrx vs 1967 rs camarro and 1969 mercury couger

Ok so my family is big on racing. My cousin and uncle have a 1967 camarro rs, and a 1969 mercury couger. The camarro is pushing 425 hp, with a 76 corvette 350 (engine), and the corvette is pushing 325 with a ford 390. These cars are both completely restored and have just about everything in them, so basically they are pretty heavy. I drag race as well and the one thing ive learned is all that matters is hp to weight ration, and gear ratio. Basically, they both challenged me to a race, so what are my odds of winning with my 02 stage 2 to wrx?

i say with a good launch it will be close, other than that, i think the camaro might win

I think as long as the camaro is on street tires and can't hook up, you should win. If he's on slicks, i think he will probably win. You will most likely win against the cougar.

yeah both of them are on street tires

Well, I wouldn't put you up to par really, but with a good launch and great driving you might fair ok. Post up some time slips of the races...

I wouldnt race the camaro from a roll at a track with a good reaction time and good shifting and you might get him. The other 2 I would'nt really worry about.

What Track lets you race from a Roll??
