My car got hit last week and it's in the shop cause some douche nozzle didn't look over his shoulder before pulling from a curb. Heres the end result http://i188.photobucket.com/albums/z...1113071609.jpg
So i'm going to be getting a new rim and I was thinking of painting my stockers all red! So can someone PLEASE photoshop my rims red, i'd like to see them white too! any suggestions on what you all think would look good or should I leave them alone? http://i188.photobucket.com/albums/z...105071222a.jpg

damn dude! that sucks! especially since it wasn't your fault just one of those people who uses there car simply as this tool to get from point a to b and once every 6 months if that, change there oil!
the red might like cool but what about gold i think that would look sick! ive seen it on some evos but never a wrx.
thats pretty good for a quickie... i'm a pretty good graphic artist myself, but i can't even change color on rims or cars very well... looks like if you had some more time you couldv'e actually done a really nice job... I finally got Photoshop CS3, so i'm trying to get back into it and do some more cool stuff

Thanks for the props. I use CS3 Extended my mac as well. For future reference, its not too hard. Just select the area you want to adjust with the polygon lasso and make a new layer. Then from there, you can adjust the curves, color balance, and channel mixer to get the desired result. The great thing about doing it that way is it preserves luminosity and contours. BTW- I too am a fan of the black/red.
