Blue and White STIs have the gold wheel packages on most of the models. I'm not sure about the 08+ STIs, but I know the 04-07 STIs have that option.

Painting a car the right way is an expensive thing to do. Its alot of work also. I have looked around at getting mine painted yellow. The money is being put into go fast bits before any of that lol.

if they had made the 06-07 wrx in the same yellow as the RA-R i would have gotten that instead of black
