The look of ones car is a personal thing I believe. Do what you like, for yourself, no one else. Unless of course its alteezas or something ricey like that. If I were to get a CF trunk though, check out the Do-luck trunk. BADA$$, to me at least.

Forgot to put up a pic/link to the trunk I was talking about. Finally found it...
World One Performance - Subaru :: Impreza WRX 06-07 :: Exterior :: Trunk Lids .
Only problem is its kind of hard to even come remotely close to justifying the cost of the dang thing.

BUT... it doesn't serve a purpose. You might as well put a pair of tits on the trunk... along w/some truck nuts.

It says right in the description it weighs nothing and shape helps create more downforce.
A bit more arrow dynamic then titties too.

I didn't read on it, stopped at the 1000.00 price tag.... I KNOW I couldn't warrant that spending. Can you not paint CF ?

$1000 definitely not worth it. There is some carbon fiber you can paint, but its more expensive. Its coated and not porus.

I have an answer to the original question after much debate:
Q: How do you make a silver WRX look good?
A: Paint it White
shoaf, you ever going to fix that thing?
