I think he charges 100 dollars, it consists of you driving on a straight deserted road in 3rd gear from 2500-6000 rpms. pretty much the same thing as being on a dyno. he'll log that run and tweak the map, load it and do it all over again untill you and him are happy

I have been interested in joining a car club for a long time...just seems like I can never find one that has weekly or even monthly meets. If we are going to have a cruse i'm game.
How big should this be?? The Bigger the better? Or is "us" enough? There are a couple of tuner shops around here that deal A LOT with Subaru. Should there be a poster created to hang in shop windows to let everyone know or should we not worry about it?
Hell yeah. the more the better. I would love to see 75-100 subarus rumbling down the freeway. I know like 4-5 people that will go if we can nail down a date

Sunday may 25, 9am meet at Ikea in renton for those of us up north, then we caravan to puyallup (if anyone has a suggestion on where to meet that would be great) to meet those on the south end.
Ill keep you all posted
Rain or shine. we are awd so weather shouldnt be a factor. im in so if i could get a hood scoop count to get general idea of cars that will be there. this is my first time organizing a meet so bear with me please. if anyone has input fell free to blurt it out.
I'm in and will try to get some sort of poster to help spread the word! For the South end meeting place: There is a parking lot right off of 512 across the street from the Puyallup Fair Grounds. It is actually the Blue gate parking lot. Its really close to an exit and an on ramp back onto 512. We will also be rolling past Pacific Import Auto on Highway 7 which can be another place. Right across the street from that is a Market Place grocery store.
sounds good. thanks alot for the help spreading the word. i know the paring lot your talking about by the fair. isnt it right next to some sort of hotdog stand? that sounds like a perfect place to link up.
this should be a no brainer, but SUBARU'S ONLY
street bikes are welcome also
I'm having my brother try and hook me up with some sort of poster to hang in local shops, as well as on subaru windows that I in parking lots. The only problem is I need to know what we all want it to say. I was thinking something on the lines of
South Sound Subaru Cruise to Paradise
Put on by members of WRXtuners.com
Where: Puyallup Fair Grounds Blue Gate Parking (I think this may be edited on the printable file)
When: Sunday May 25th 2008
Time:??
Ok so I just reread some of the previous posts and looks like 9am at Ikea and what about 10 at the blue gate. The only concern I have is in the summer months, the park gets really busy when going up to Paradise, so the sooner we get up there, the more likely we will beat the traffic going up there. We also have to remember it costs $15 for each vehicle entering the park. I didn't realize it is so expensive. The funny thing is, is that it only costs $30 for an annual pass to the park.
wow. i didnt even think about entry costs. my mistake.how about mud mt. dam just before Greenwater. its free to get in and the parking lot is pretty large. not to mention that hwy 410 has some nice roads to drive on. thats just an idea. date and time and meeting place would not change. the poster info sounds great thanks for the help.ill try to get one done up for this area.
Yeah, Mud Mt Dam does have a big parking lot, and an even BIGGER straight away before you get to the parking lot! Just Kidding. The only thing with that is its not that long of a drive, and I thought this was supposed to be a cruise! We could always drive up to Chinook pass(just the pass). It has a decent parking lot and in May, as long as its open, may have some snow left!!
