Lol, nope, I melted it down in August of 05.. Had a leaking Injector that caused a fuel loss to Cylinder #2..

just FYI

I thought I'd add a couple of comments for anyone that is consider doing this.
1. Your idle will be fine, and you will not have any cold start issues.
2. w/o tuning you will lose your bottom end and your acceleration will be somewhat jerky but both issues should be remedied with a tune. I'm awaiting a reply by PDX to see if they can ship me a map.
The TGVs are closed at start-up to reduce emissions, then they slowly open until *fully* opened at ~3K. As someone mentioned above fully opened doesn't always mean 100%


Here's mine with the phenolic spacer that I made to throw in too. I installed mine while installing the gas-smell fix. I don't agree that it is not worthwhile to do. All the small things add up, i.e. lighter pulley, P&P, inlet pipe, etc.
