Main And Rod Bearing Installation

I Just Bought Cosworth Main And Rod Bearings and want to put them in. ive already torn down two blocks and know what im getting my self into. what im asking is, are there any additional steps needed to install these bearings i should know about, (mACHINE wORK, trimming, ect.) and what is the diameter of the main and rod jornals on the crank, the tollerances would be nice to know also. PROFESSIONAL HELP ONLY PLEASE. ive screwed to many things up in the past listening to people who dont know what there talking about thanks......
