Knocking From Pass Side Of Car

I have an inconsistant knock coming from the passeger side of my car, i dont have much for modifications aside from
intake
turbo back exhaust
crank pulley
up pipe
turbo td05
turbo inlet
no tune, no adjustment in boost or fuel.

i had an issue with my tgv which i belive to have cause my car to hydrolock after letting it sit and restarting it ive got the knock its very inconsistant and incresses as i rev up.

Thats a lot of mods to not have a tune. Seems like you may have rod knock/spun bearing. Does it sound like this?

no ive hear that noise before ill get a video/sound clip the weekend and see what you guys think. in my service manual section ME Page 96. my possible causes are
Valve Mechanism Is Defective
Incorrect Valve Clearance (which i reinstalled valve tappets exatly how they came off)
worn vavle rocker (worked fine before the rebuild)
Worn Cam Shaft( Same As Above)
And Broken Vavle Spring, which is more likley but could/would a valve spring just break with out warning? or is that unrealisic the head have 11700 miles on them. the block was bench tested and only had 15000 miles on it when i had all of it checked out.
