With a good tune there really is no limit. If you're asking max power, then it depend on how safe is your tune; I have read and met people pushing close to 350 whp on stock internals.

Just keep in mind that it's ultimatly cheaper to upgrade then to find the limit the hard way.. A broken piston or rod will cause more damage then the cost to upgrade internals.

cheers.
Looking to upgrade the turbo and get the ECU retuned again, then at a later stage upgrading the internals. Thought i could safely get 200kw atw and not worry 2 much about internals.

Don't know a great deal about forged pistons atm, all i know they vary heaps in price.
Any tips or thoughts on what sort of pistons n rods i should be looking at? (brands, etc)

Cheers
