Yeah, I am. They have basically 20G/1.5XTR/2.5XTR upgrades for twin scroll VFs. You just have to ship them your turbo and you get it back all beefed up.

^ I remember those skits too... Been watching SNL my whole life thanks to my parents. Pretty sure I was 5-6 when Wayne's World was running.

I'm also pretty sure you don't have a VF52, so no worries about you being my friend

Did you just get out of diapers there junior???? LOL

I remember SNL in the hay days. Eddie Murphy and Chevy Chase, those were the best days of SNL.

Don't try to get my thread back on topic!

Everything is in order... Clutch is grabby like it should be, quite confident I just overworked it and gave it a bit of a glazing. Few days of DDing and it feels normal and grips at WOT just fine. Clutch is still #1 on the list anyways, I don't expect it to last too long. I already have the flywheel sitting on my shelf, I'm just waiting on Carbonetic to release the blade for the WRX. They have the STI one out but I've been taking with their guy in the US and the WRX version won't be out until at least December. I won't have enough cash in hand until January anyways.

^They stopped making them about a year ago now... Before it was the clutch disc, pressure plate, flywheel setup all in one. Now they're only going to be making it as the disc and pressure plate, you supply your own flywheel. You can even just get the disc if you want and get your own pressure plate (they reccomend the ACT HD plate).

Basically no more flywheel, slightly different disc, and about $500 less ($1,300 to about $800).

The STI one is rated to 500 tq at the crank, so I would guess the WRX one will be about the same, maybe a bit less because of the smaller diameter.

Also, my clutch is definitely starting to slip. Any more than about half throttle and it lets loose. I'll probably be fine for a while since winter is setting in, but I'll definitely be doing the clutch by spring time. I should have the time to do it myself, but if now it'll be around $500 in labor to get the job done. To do it myself I just need an engine crane for a weekend because I'll probably just pull the engine to get to it.... Still not sure though, I know I can just move the trans back far enough without having to take off the front axles to get to it. I'll have to figure out which is less work.
