Engine Knock

I need a second opinion on a motor knock. I ran my car at the track and it ran great. On my way home my check engine light went on so i pulled over and checked it out. Was pulling a bank 1 is running to lean so i got it home and turned it off. In the morning I turned it over and a horrible knock came from the motor. It sounded like I threw a rod bearing. Not sure though, any input?
EJ20 with fp green, 800cc injectors, protuned, FMIC, Arp head studs, Crower valve train, light weight pully, flywheel, new timing belt.

drain the oil and look at the oil really colse, you can drain the oil through a old white T shirt and that will catch to see if you have any metal in the oil, and also take all your plugs out and look at them and if you can do a compression test
