Alright guys i guess im no longer looking for just s short block do any of you know sites or places that i can contact for some crate engines or just used engines because there is nothing where im from soo any help would be appreciated!! and what year and i go up to for engines that work for a 02 ?? thanks

Try looking into JDM used engines. Gruppe-S carries engines also but I think the prices are kind of high. Hope this helps.

read, read, read all stickies and FAQ's... As far as "crate" engine, check ebay. Type in sti motor or ej257, or ej207.

buy a stock sti shortblock from the dealer and new oil pump put on thicker headgaskets from cometic jscspeed has both engine and gaskets, then get it tuned after install and enjoy the reliable power and insane torque you get.
