13000 miles Piston broken... 07 WRX

The car went through compression test the other day and came out to be something wrong... #4 cylinder was reading 25psi.
so now yesterday my tuner ordered the STi Short block instead of getting a forged pistons...
now...what are the Ups and Downs for this block?
i know definately the sti block takes more boost level but what else?

Stage 2? ECU/AP? TBE? Pro-tune? Turbo?

your o7 already has the sti bottom end with the stock pistons that cracked the ring lands it overboosted, keep it under 17 psi and have your tuner lower the timing before it knocks run good 91 not the cheapest gas station and you should be fine, you can also just replace the affected piston and rings if the cylinder wall is not damaged and it will be fine thats the way the dealers do it
