I just moved to Florida too and I've heard good things about CFT!! Let us know what you find out? And report back if you find any other reputable tuners in the area.

titan motorsports is down off the corner of goldenrod and SR.50 (behind the mcdonalds ) they do some good work with supras, and have a couple of nice looking wrxs up there too. they also have a web site www.titanmotorsports.com

Having been to both shops ( CFT and titan) when I lived in orlando . I have to say they both do good work. The only thing is I would say is CFT is better at tuning and Titan is better all around or at least when it comes to custom work. I also know one more shop Legendary Inovative Performance (407)574-5218. I dont know how many wrxs they have done but i have see a turbo rx-8 and skyline they did. Oh and Titan is not very cheap.
