This noise started occuring a few days ago. From what i can remember it started happening almost immediately after me and some friends finished up having some AWD fun at an abandoned industrial park in the pouring down rain
... Whenever my turbo produces boost i hear a Hi-Pitch Squeal/Whistling Noise. The higher the boost, the louder the noise. The noise does not happen if i am sitting still, or revving in nuetral. It only occurs when i am actually driving. From the drivers seat, it sounds like the noise is coming from underneath my dash-board, right where it meets the bottom of the "A pillar". I removed the dash, trying to look for any vacuum lines or hoses, but came up with nothing that could be causing this noise. Also, could this be a leaking up-pipe gasket? I installed my Invidia up-pipe (which has no flex section) a little while back, and i was thinking that maybe the flexing of the car while i had been in that industrial park could have caused a gasket to blow. Im stumped as of now, and that noise is very irritating. I appreciate any insight on this. :Thanks:
