Not sure all that's involved, but if the wheel hub and bearing is involved...My friend and i tried to replace my front bearing in my 90 Accord. We thought we did it ok...that weekend for prom I drove from Cleveland to Cedar Point (about a 2 hr trip). Going there was ok but the car seemed a little noisy...leaving there the car got REALLY noisy and when I pulled off the exit ramp back home there was metal on metal contact

I luckily was able to get it to my house and when I took it apart the actual metal balls fell out from the bearing lol...
Moral of the story...a shop needs to press the wheel bearing into the hub, because if you and you friend hit it in with a hammer, bad things will happen, haha...
