New Car

So I bought a 2006 WRX STI that has been in a wreck and I want to redo this car for the better. I want to strip everything, weld in a roll cage and redo the suspension. Point me in the direction for sway bars and bushings and shocks. I am thinking for dirt road use I would want to lift the car a little, so what height do you set these cars at? What spring rates are stock and what is the spring rate for a dirt road car? What dirt tire gets the fewest flats, where I live it is rocky? Do you run smaller wheels and get more sidewall on the tire? I live out of town with a two mile section of windy dirt road before my house, it only makes sense to have a car for the dirt. I race autocross in a CSP miata and will keep the miata for a few more years and will also use the WRX for some rallycross. Thanks
