No matter how you look at it your driving a high performance car with a turbo! Chances are your going to get bad gas mileage. You could drive your car like a grandma and shift at 2.5k rpm, but seriously ? If your anything like me, you love the feeling of the boost kicking in, putting you in the back of your seat with a huge grin on your face. And its even worse when your girl in the passenger seat loves it more then you do lol. When my clutch was going out before i changed it, I kept my car on economy mode with my accessport. I avg'ed about 30mpg. I also tried to drive my car as little as possible and most of my commute to work each day is freeway. Now that my new clutch is in and my car is back into stage 2 and its summer time, my mpg isn't the greatest. Needless to say, if I was that worried about fuel economy i would have bought a toyota Prius or something along those lines.
