What are your plans for the car. The STI comes with better brakes, suspension, engine and transmission of the bat. But I myself couldnt afford it, so now Im in the process of getting ready (within the year) of building the engine and transmission along with a turbo upgrade. Of course now I could float an STI, but not as much money into it.
