Are you talking about a chilton style repair guide? If you are, they don't make them. Subaru hasn't allowed them to be made or maybe Chilton is waiting to pack in all the years of Subarus possible in one guide. In any case, your options as of now are the electronic ones:

Or you can buy them in pieces from Subaru. It's about
$100 each, and the engine is 2 or 3 manuals, one for the suspension and braking, one for the electronics, one for the transmission etc.
