Mosc, are any of these "Should I buy this car?" threads stickied? This is like the fourth or fifth one in the last couple weeks and I feel like a parrot. We keep explaining the horrors of buying something with a lot of mods.
To answer your question, this thing sounds like a money pit. Those are just the things you SAW when you were there, how many things do you think he put a bandaid on before you got there. There is a reason he is selling this car for that price, he wants it gone quick. Don't buy his headache.
