i went to go look at this 2004 wrx sti. When i get there i check it out, from the outside i could see it had ssr rims, exhaust, sparco seats. then i started it up, man was it loud. Now heres where i need help! ive read everything about buying modded cars but i really liked this one but heres the problem. It had a boost gauge pod where the clock was and doing this he must have screwed with the electrical b/c the cruise control light was flashing. also the car almost sounded like it was chugging or somin. idk if this is what subies do when they have and exhaust or somin i have no idea. and from the outside you could hear a faint click.......click......click from under the car but that went away with giving it some gas. Now im new to subies and i would like some help. should i even consider this or not. it has 64000 miles and they want 17500
