Pretty much my goal right now is to have a car that spools quick and gives me nice power. Then at the end of summer i want like 300whp
1. The VF-34 will not give you low end power, in fact since it will spool later and slower than the TD-04 you'll lose out in the lower rpms, but it does spool rather quickly for a top end turbo.

2. You'll need some engine management (i take it you have or are getting the AP if you "COBB stage 2"). What you'll want to consider is a 3-port bcs to replace the stock 2 port. This combined with a custom protune will enable your turbo to spool a little bit sooner, not to mention hold boost much better.

3. With a good protune, vf-34, injectors, pump, bigger IC, and a 3port bcs I'd say you could hit just about 300whp.
