I can undrstand where you are coming from with the harshness of he winter and all. Im sure you know how to handle yourself in the snow, was just wondering. As far as the army goes, it has been alrite to me. Being an officer will have its perks. I got 4yrs and Im done and out, did my time (11yrs).

Honestly go for what you want. It is alot easier to make cheap power with the (primitive) 4G63 engine. But I honest believe that the WRX is better quality. I sat and test drove an EVO, was nice, but completely different than the WRX (which I sat in, then bought, no test drive, lol). The EVO (to me) seems cheaper (but the dealer wanted more) inside and out. The flat 4 is totally different and IMO a better engine and platform to build off of.
