look at the shape of the rim- the spokes lay way back at the edges- the reason it's scraping the caliper.

anything over 3mm will require longer studs (some would argue even 3mm need longer studs).

If your set on those wheels I'd get some cheap universal fit 3mm spacers and see if that does the trick- you need to just clear the rim ou need a ton of extra room. If 3mm doesn't clear get put the other one on the same side just to see if that does it (you'll need longer studs for certain). If 6 mm doesn't do it- I'd look at other rims.
