you can drive with a learners permit as long as an adult is riding with you.
the falken rt615s and the brigdstone reo1rs like metros said are regarded as some of the best street tires including cost/grip since both are relatively cheap.
im 17 and race autox pretty religiously so i know where your coming from being a kid. like everyone said though the people are all super nice and very helpful.
Theres about 3 teenagers in my region. one is 15 with his learners permit ones this 17 yera old girl whos a babe and drives an rx8 and theres me with my evo. the girl in the rx8 and i always screw around and poke fun at eachother.
see if you can get a friend to come out with you in there car, then you wont feel so alone i you are shy.
