This is an easy fix. Remove the black cover from where the belt is comming from. To do this, you have to pull a plastic plug from the rear seat area, and maybe the door trim. I can't remember. When you get it off, there is a piece of plastic flashing (flashing is extra waste material from the result of a molding process) that rubs against the belt when you pull on it. Take a sharp, non-serraded knife across it to remove it. That simple.
