2004 Subaru Forester XT, Silver Exterior, Charcoal interior, 113,000 miles

All of the above was installed at 70k miles; I bought the car at 79k miles and I had it completely checked out to ensure it was not abused....it was not. I have driven it mostly for road trips for the last 34k miles with no problems. I keep the computer and turbo turned down to a mild program and enjoy the passing power if I ever need it and that's about it. Listed below are non-performance parts that were very recently replaced as preventative maintenance and needed maintenance at the time.

About the engine:
2.5 liter WRX STI Engine, this is the stock engine for the XT forester however it is a little known fact that it is the same super beefy block that the WRX STI engine has. It is very capable of handling loads of power. The engine was modified by a long time Subaru enthusiast that knew the perfect compliment of parts that would exceed the WRX STI output with parts that would be an upgrade to the STI itself. The vehicle drives like new to me, no signs that the engine is worn if anything it feels like it just broke-in! If you are however looking for a vehicle that can perform nearly as well as a WRX STI but not pay for the insurance this is it! I pay $60 a month for insurance, an STI would be triple that or more...if you are young an STI could cost you $300 a month for insurance.
